Root Cost Meds exists because two people who work closely with patients every day decided there was a better way.
Kacey Kelly
Patient Advocate, Wellness Strategist & Co-Founder
Kacey built her career advocating for patients navigating complex, often overwhelming healthcare systems. Root Cost Meds was created from the belief that supplement access should be clearer, more thoughtful, and easier to navigate.
In her own experience living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), Kacey has found supplements beneficial as part of her care. That personal experience helped inspire her commitment to making high-quality supplements more accessible.
At Movement Health, Kacey leads the patient advocacy and care navigation work that defines the organization's mission.

Clinical Pharmacist & Co-Founder
Kyle is a board-certified clinical pharmacist with deep expertise in complex medication management and supplement-drug interactions. He brings the clinical rigor that separates Root Cost Meds from generic online supplement retailers.
Kyle worked closely with Kacey to help build a supplement regimen tailored to her needs while living with EDS, MCAS, and POTS, drawing on his clinical expertise to consider her conditions and potential medication interactions.
Kyle brings clinical expertise to the development of Root Cost Meds' safety processes and pharmacist-guided access model.
